On #3 make sure you follow the instructions you get to care for your belly button. I knew a girl that didn't follow instructions and quit using the antiseptic they gave her too soon and she ended up with an infection that was very very painful and she had to take her ring out and basically wasted the money she spent.

1. The cheapest thing to use to clear up spots on ones face is not necessarily the best thing to use.
2. To exfoliate your face, buy a product that has natural minerals like a neutregena product - stay away from apricot pieces - and just wash your face every morning and/or night (if it is mild enough to use daily).
3. Getting your button pierced does hurt a little, just like getting anything pierced. Especially if your pants hit that part of your body. So keep your pants rolled down a bit, keep from bumping that part of your body, and be really diligent about keeping your button clean as you will be instructed. The cost to do it for me was about $65. That included a ring.

There is an acne product called "Nature's Cure" it consists of pills you take once daily, cleansers and a cream, you can purchase it at Wal-Mart or any drug store for around $20.00.
I took my 14 year old daughter to get her belly button pierced this past April. She said it didn't hurt at all, only the clamp pinched a bit. It never got infected, she cleaned it 3-5 times a day with Bactine ONLY, do not use peroxide! She could not change it for 2 weeks and continued using the Bactine for the next couple of ring changes after that. Choose a reputable peircing/tattoo shop and make sure they use only new or sterilized products. She still has never had any problems with it at all. It only cost $30.00.

Cheapest and still best way to exfoliate =
"St. Ives Medicated Apricot Scrub"
You can get it at the drug store or target.
For spot treating zits use 100% pure "Tea Tree" Oil. You can buy it at many beauty stores now. I get mine at "Sally's beauty supply"
If you need a good daily cleanser I use "Neutrogena Pore Refining cleanser"
The scrub $4.00
The Oil $5.00 (last forever)
The Cleanser $7.00
If you need to get cleared up and your skin isn't sensitive try this:
In the shower use the apricot scrub following directions on tube.
Don't press too hard, imagine your face is made of tissue paper.
Let the scrub sit for about 2 minutes.
Then wash your face with the cleanser but let it sit on your face for about 2 minutes too.
Then when you get out of the shower put a few drops of the tea tree oil on your finger tips and spread it lightly on your whole face.
Do not use too much tea tree oil or your eyes will burn, it has a strong natural medicated type sent.
That will clear you up in less than a week.
Then you should just need the cleanser and spot treat with the oil.
They are all good on your body too. The scrub will clear off ashy skin and help lotion soak in better.

Noxzema has an acne peel that gets rid of the marks left behind from acne.
Use any kind of facial scrub about twice a week
Don't get your belly button pierced. It doesn't look good on anyone. And yes it will hurt and it will get infected-which will make it hurt even more.

I have the answer just on this 3rd question.
I have pierced my belly button 4 years ago and I can tell you that the pain is MINIMAL.
It hurts just a little bit,it's like a bee bite:)
and I payed for it some 30 euro, the ring is in that price too.
Take care!!!

Cant answer your first two questions - because first off I'm white and secondly, I don't exfoliate because it makes me break out worse.
But as far as getting pierced - go for it! You get such a rush that you hardly feel it. It's quick too. Not sure what the average price is as mine as done 10 years ago - it was $45.
