Depends on what course you plan on teaching, but assuming you have a working knowledge of English, you may be able to tutor for one of the English language schools that proliferate Thailand.

Take a TEFL course and teach English. Lots of places like that only want that you are a native speaker but a qualifaction will give you more of an edge and isn't too expensive.
