If its out of the norm for you , you should call your doctor right away, and if you cant reach him got to the er or hospital closest to you , you dont want to endanger your baby by waiting. I had leg cramps once in a while really bad in the middle of the night , but anything in the back or abdominal erea is not worth taking a risk.

Unfortunately, this is normal for your stage of pregnancy. I had the same problem in all 4 of my pregnancies. Try a warm bath, have your partner massage your legs. When you sleep try not to let your toes point down. My doctor told me this might help, it did as long as I could remember not to move to much!!

wooooohoooo! you are almost done cooking. hopefully by the time this actually posts you will have called your doctor to let her/him know you may be going into labor!!! omg!! i am so excited for you!! i might suggest timing the cramping. especially of it comes and goes. and taking a lukewarm bath and use a big plastic cup to pour water all over your tummy. this eases the contractions. oh, and don't do this if you are alone at home. if you slip and fall i don't want to be sued not to mention you hurting yourself or your baby.
CONGRATULATIONS!!

Hi, sounds like to me that you need to call your doctor. You may be having back labor. You might be a week early, which is ok. CALL YOUR DOC, AND CHECK YOUR TIME. See if you are having contractions. Do they come and go or is it constant?
