Send them a letter, the post office will forward it to there new location/address.

Check with the Post Office and see if they filed a change of address card.

If you have an issue with them, then I would contact your local Better Business Bureau. However what you're describing sounds like they went out of business - so I would probably cut my loss and find another business to deal with.

Check the state business registry in about 30 days to see if it is updated. Or just call the state corporation division and ask them. It is public information, usually foudn online.

Find another business like theirs and use them and be glad.
