If you mean best series finale, then I would have to go with Friends. By far the best series finale yet.
If you mean the best season finale during this past May then I'm going to go with Veronica Mars or Prison Break. House was great, too.

Grey's Anatomy - one minute I was laughing, the next minute crying my eyes out. This finale was so intense. I can't believe Denny died, Meredith and McDreamy finally got together, Izzy may be kicked out of the program, etc. It left me wanting more and anxiously awaiting for the next season to start.
