I like the game where you are looking for the thing... and you get attacked by those things ... and you have to solve the puzzle, and you can find stuff to upgrade. You know that game!

I like a lot of plot lines. I personally like the Final Fantasy Series. Other mentions are Zelda, Metal Gear, Grand Theft Auto Games.

I love the plot in Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2. Disney and Final Fantasy seems like something that wouldn't work together, but it works perfectly in those games.
I also love the plot in the .hack series. There's a lot of detail put into it and everything within the series is connected in one way or another.

My favorite plot lines are the Metal Gear Solid series plots and Resident Evil. I also enjoy the Tekken series and Halo.
