White vinegar and newspapers...streak free, inexpensive, and leaves a fresh scent in your room! Beats Windex all to pieces! :)

White vinegar and water mix. 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water. Spray on and wipe down with newspaper. Windows will be clean,and the mix is cheap. Also check out familycircle.com. Plenty of houshold tips.

Mix 2 parts ammonia to 1 part Vinegar 1 part water. Mix in spray bottle for quick small jobs. For much bigger jobs mix in pail use
lint free cloth and wear gloves. No rinsing needed.
