There is a main catagory then a subcatagory there is a space for a tghird but it never has anything in it what is up with that?

Sometimes there is. Look for a > symbol at the end of the first subcategory, then roll over that subcategory to reveal the secondary heading.

i think they left if available so they could break the categories down more, if they needed or wanted to.
