Would anybody be interested in home-based research in Chicago, IL?

Question

I did some home-based experimentation on cyanobacteria and Penicillium, since the summer of 2004, and library research on the panbiogeography distribution of swallowtail butterflies. I wondered would any Chicago science organization be interested in some of the research that I did, especially on the use of cyanobacteria for agriculture and conservation?
