Well I Do NOT recommend BLEACH at all! First thing Bleach Stains its corrosive and will eat away at your pop up! Second It does not kill all types of Mold and mildew. There is two products you should use.
First is Mold Stat Peroxy Kling. This product is Peroxide Based, it removes the food source of the mold.
Second Is Mold Stat Plus: This product kill the mold and its spores preventing the mold from coming back while you store your pop up.

a mild solution (like 1 tsp bleach to 1 cup water) of bleach water, possibly, wiping it on with a sponge, then quickly rinsing it off. however, i would not do this with a work of any value. instead, take the canvasses into the sunshine, and with a stiff brush (like nail brush, tooth brush) brush off and vacuum out all the mildew that you can, sprinkle on talc, brush it around, allow to sit for a while to absorb moisture, brush/vacuum it off. allow sunshine to shine on the backs of the canvas. for several hours. mildew is caused by being in dampness and darkness. keep the paintings dry

Bleach to kill the organism, otherwise it will return.
Test on small area before you do the whole piece.
I would also consider a half and half mix of rubbing alcohol and hydrogen paroxide mix in a spray bottle. Spray it on and soak it back up with a cloth after using the bleach.
Happy camping-

Try using some Clorox Cleanup - spray - wait a minute or two and rinse. It's pretty mild and really shouldn't discolor if you rinse.
