I agree with Jay-z fan Kobe is a ball hog all day, T-mac is a team player got to love him.

From their profiles both players had seasons with injuries, though T-mac's was more recent. While both players fill up the high light real, kobe also plays extremely good defence. In my opinion kobe brings a killer instinct and swagger to a team that T-mac lacks. I think that while T-mac is a great player, until he gets a ring, kobe will appear to be the better player. He plays best when the game is on the line, and has the winning history to back him up. Yes T-mac hit 13 in 30 seconds. It was an incredible feat, but when T-mac dominated scoring, he had no offensive help and choose to shoot the ball constantly. Kobe would've had far more points but was busy trying to prove he could support his teammates--which in recent years have been far weaker then himself.

OK, T-Mac may have had back to back scoring titles and 30 points in so many minutes and countless game winning baskets.
Kobe, on the other hand, has won back to back to back NBA TITLES, he scored 81 POINTS in one game and he ALSO has countless game winning baskets. I don't know who would win if they played one on one but winning championships means that you mold your individual teammates into a TEAM. Much like Magic Johnson in the 80's and Michael Jordan in the 90's.

tracy mcgrady, did kobe win back to back scoring titles i know kobe had 81 in one game but t mac has had so many game winning shots and had 13 points in 30 seconds did kobe do that, nahhh T MAC IS WAY BETTER AND IS MY FAVORITE PLAYER

Kobe is better overall. t-mac is a tremendous athlete but he has a bum back and is always hurt. also kobe has way way more heart than t-mac.

Kobe - 34.6 + 5.3 + 4.5 = 44.4
T-Mac - 24.4 + 6.5 + 4.8 = 35.7
Kobe had a better season.
Career
Kobe - 23.9 + 5.1 + 4.5 = 33.5
T-Mac - 22.2 + 6.4 + 4.4 = 33.0
Kobe has a slightly better career.

why do you guys keep saying tmac is always hurt he had 1 injury plagued year, the years before this one he has played in just as many regular season games as kobe. stop saying he is always hurt it was one year.

both are freakishly amazing athletes when they are healthy - but tmac seldom is - kobe has more of a killer instinct to finish off the game
