Ok so somebody I know named Alise is 13 years old, has had her 6th or 7th period, and sometimes she gets these "stabs of loneliness" where she feels quote very lonely like I have no purpose in my life or nothing at all. Like no family. Nothing to console me and make me feel better from all my loneliness. end quote. they last for about 10-30 seconds and its like quote somebody stabbed her with a lonely knife end quote. has anybody ever had these? in my own words, what Alise is trying to say is some random times during a day for 10-30 seconds, she feels really lonely like she has no purpose and nothing at all. She's perfectly healthy aswell. Oh yeah I have no idea which category this goes in so I'll put it in BEAUTY AND STYLE.

we all feel that doesn't matter what age you are...sometimes when things get tough...we think what am i hear for...even when you are with friends something changes in your mind and you feel like you are invisib;e...tell her don't worry you'll have those episodes of feeling lonley the rest of your life...but sson after things are normal again....

This is probably associated with her menstrual cycle but she could be suffering from depression,see if she has any of the other symptoms of depression at www.depressionhurts.com if so she needs to tel;l her Mother and maybe see a doctor.

this is normal....they are only hormones talking....I went through it too, but when she has these, she needs to talk to someone and get these feelings out in the open, and if it ever comes down to feeling worse, she should see a doctor, her hormone level is severely spiked right now, and she just doesnt know what to do about it.....tell her it is normal, but if it gets worse, she should consult her gynecologist

Some girls have different moods when they get there period. I get in a bad mood everything bothers me. I also get a bad craving for chocolate I mean bad. Some girls get emotional.
