I LOVE IT!! I've lost 10 lbs. in 2 weeks!! I am not lying or wanting to sell you the stuff, I personally have lost 10 whole pounds using the 9 day program. And I would have lost more but I cheated a little (went to Reno for the weekend and the buffets looked so good!) and didn't do any exercise (does being a mom of 2 count as exercise?), but even with that I still lost weight! And I went to the gym for 3 months and didn't get these kinds of results! I actually have to go out and purchase new jeans! The lady who signed me up lost 25 pounds in 5 weeks! But she was a little more disciplined that me. I am so happy with my results I purchased more products so I can lose the rest of the weight. I DEFINATELY RECOMMEND ISAGENIX!
I suppose you are also looking for some downsides? Well, I have to watch the rest of my family eat "normal" meals, while I eat only 2 shakes and a 600 calories-or-less meal a day (part of the program), and the Cleanse for Life tastes like cough medicine my mom used to give me, but when you actually see results starting day 2 you plug your nose and down the stuff! The shakes only taste good with ice in a blender, so it makes "on the go" kinda hard (unless you carry around a personal blender) that's why I usually have the shake for breakfast and dinner, so I can use my kitchen blender. And the snacks taste a bit chalky at first but you start craving them after a couple of days because, incredibly, they are satisfying. Believe me, it takes a lot to convince me of anything, but I can honestly say that I would bet money that anyone can lose weight with Isagenix (if they follow the program, not perfectly, but close).
