Yep. It's full of words like dust, dirt, mud, grime. Ungh!
Now what sort of goofy question is that? How can any language be a dirty one? There are dirty words (impolite dirty, not grime dirty) in any language. Whether you choose to use them or not is up to you. So the question is not whether the language is dirty, but whether the speaker chooses to speak dirty.
And in that respect, Italian is like any other language. The words are there, but that doesn't mean you have to use them.

It sounds like a bizarre question. Italian was standardized in the 13th century (Dante, Petrarca, Boccaccio), it has many words that come from Latin and Greek and like other rich languages offers various degrees of politeness, vulgarity and so on.
