Of course it is. Some 14-year-olds are just not ready for that sort of thing yet. It doesn't mean he or she is abnormal. Every young teen grows and develops at a different rate. My personal opinion is that 14-year-olds have no business kissing, dating or disco-ing anyway until they're at least 16, and even then they might be too young to handle it.

no it's not normal for 14 year old boy not to date.i think u should wait on kissing because it leads to sex and the person might have harpies

Well... do you want to and just not do it for personal reasons.... or do you not want to??
I guess both ways you can be normal. Normal can be whatever you want it to be... no one can say what normal really is. So ya... its "normal" if you have a reason. Even if you don't, there is no reason you should feel stupid if you really don't want to do it. Follow your heart and be yourself. =) It is nice to know that not every boy is a pig! ;) lol
