I'm looking to contact numerous individuals either in the UPS Corporate Office in Atlanta, or at a District Office that is responsible for delivery in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unlikely you will find this information unless you know someone who works in either UPS office there that can get you internal telephone directory.
You can check on the website, but most companies now wisely protect their employees' email addresses and contact information from random harvesting.

That is the corporate site. there is a contact area where you may address an email to the persons at that office and or there are listing of the (800) telephone numbers to call corporate offices and or package delivery offices in which you wish to contact.
The (800)PICK-UPS is for package delivery and its for the USA
they will direct your call for package pickup and for tracking packages to your local UPS store/center warehouse.

For what purpose are you trying to reach the folks? Perhaps there is a certain department rep that you can be directed to from the main receptionist.
