I just started having to wear uniforms to work, i wear a polo shirt and kackis (however you spell it) and we have to tuck the shirt in...well my problem is i'm a little overweight and i was wondering, other than losing weight is there anything i can do to downplay my size? i am sooo self concious, i don't want to look like the fat girl at work, but that is how i feel. Any Advice would help!?! thanks

Make sure the khaki's fit well.

If you buy them too tight then you are rolled over the top it isn't pretty no matter how thin you are.

I would aim for flare leg if you are allowed because it balances out the bulk above.

Try to wear a longer necklace that draws the eye up.

You can try getting some lightweight "suck in" panties.

They aren't all super hard, they come in various strengths, some are okay for everyday wear.

"spanx" brand is a pantyhose type bike short that can help smooth you down. That are very hot right now.

Good Luck.

I had that problem also before...theres not really a whole lot you can do, other than to buy the khaki pants with pleats in the front and dont buy them to small....there are different kinds of pants that you can buy that make you appear smaller....you just have to try on different styles to see which ones flatter you most....good luck....besides that, if you are "alittle" overweight, I wouldn't worry too much.....

get some kahkis that fit at your waist. www.eddiebauer.com. Get the pants to fit your belly so you don't have a hangover. Or try a girdle.
