how long are sims pregnant in the sims 1?

In Sims1 they don't get pregnant. ONe person ask if you want to have a baby.....if yes is checked a baby comes in a baskinet thingy.

In the Sims 2....they actually get pregnant and are pregnant for 3 days.

your sims don't get pregnant in the first sims. Eventually one sim will ask the other "Do you want to have a baby?"

Sims do not get pregnant in sims1. You get a popup asking if you want a baby and if you click yes, a basinette appears wtih a baby in it.
