Sweetie, I'd join you if I had not already pulled my own out. Don't worry, you'll get through it..I have gone through almost 5 years of one thing after another and I try to remember this...The only thing is now, this moment. I have had days when I have literally willed myself through 5 minute increments..
Hang in there, you'll make it

It sounds like you are going through a couple of acutely stressful situations. Like it or not, life bites at times.
A nervous breakdown is generally a more long term inability to cope with life. It sounds like you are still hanging in there so I doubt you're having a true nervous breakdown.
Do something for YOU! Go shopping, take a bubble bath, walk along the beach (if there's one close by), get your hair done, get a massage. . .there are any number of things you can do that will let you take a deep breath and get yourself back together.
If the stresses remain over a long period of time, I suggest you talk to your doctor about your feelings. In the meantime, I'll be happy to pull out a few strands of my hair in your behalf.

OH I know exactly what you mean!!! I quit my job a month ago, within one week I got another job, but they trained my training class very poorly.... Now I'm supposed to assist customers without knowing exactly how to help them properly... Having customers yell and scream at me because I don't know what I'm doing and it's not my fault!!! Then i had some inconsiderate girl whip a door open and it ripped my toenail off completely, I was in the ER for like 4 hours and then they had to freeze my toe.. I think i broke it too... Stress sucks, and unfortunately besides a warm cup of tea there isn't much you can do about it at all.. Just take it in stride, and take comfort that you're not the only one who gets dealt a poopy hand!!!

From Dec of 2003, through February of 06, I lost
a brother in law, my husband's sister, five uncles (two uncles on the same day, a great uncle, two cousins, my father-in-law, and two aunts.
And those were deaths of immediate significance, not extended family, friends, etc.
Since my mom used to pull my hair as an act of discipline, I won't pull my hair out with you however, I'm willing to scream!

Yep. It's possible to have never ending breakdowns, as a matter of fact. You may want to see your doctor for some Xanax to calm you down. And yes, I will pull some hair out with you. lol!

Not this week I don't but I've been there before. I hope whatever is stressing you will be resolved soon. I know what that's like and it's no fun at all. Best of luck to you.
