Well, there have recently been a lot of reports in the news about an apparent uprising in shark attacks. Hopefully my time will come soon!

Until those buggers evolve far enough to sprout legs and learn how to breathe air, they're just not going to get me - ZERO percent chance.
There is, however, just the slightest chance that I might win the lottery, and it's just nice to dream. Even though the odds are very slim, without a ticket, the dream just isn't the same because there's, again, a ZERO percent chance that you'll win without a ticket.
How much more happiness can you buy for one dollar than dreaming of doing exactly what you want with your life - no work, no money worries, no money worries for any of your friends or family, you can live wherever you want, and you can do whatever you want with your time.
Like a good gift, it's the thought that counts...

Now wouldn't it be ironic if you bought a winning lottery ticket and you were eaten by a shark on the vacation you took to celebrate it?

I do not believe it and there'll constantly be folks who spend their cash on the ones matters earlier than the necessities. Though I do suppose it's an abuse of human rights and privateness to do this. Because they're going to get the ones different non-necessities from someplace. Maybe they're going to promote the meals they purchase and promote it at a inexpensive rate to shop for the matters they wish and feature even much less meals than earlier than. Thus making a black marketplace in bartering. Vulnerable folks with addictions can be exploited at the black marketplace and feature even much less meals. It is inexpensive for the federal government to pay their cash right into a financial institution account. And it's as much as the person to spend it besides they wish. If they do not spend it accurately then they may be able to move to their father and mother, peers, or soup kitchens for meals. There are lots of again up strategies there for folks who do not spend accurately.

Wow, that's a good way of putting it. I'll ignore this fact and continue living in my bubble and buy more lottery tickets..
We all have hope. That is the main reason people buy them.
Ya money isn't everything, but it is sure nice to have.

Because it is possible to be bite by a shark. It costs a dollar, and it is cheap entertainment, plus there is that slim chance you just might win ...
Kinda gives you a little hope for the future .
