I am assuming you are a white male with no respect!!! so if I were them I would not pay you any attention either. And certainly none of my beautiful black sisters and brothers should be calling you Massah (master) You don't own anyone!!! Nor have you exhibit respect.

lol maybe you should jump in your time machine and go back to the slave days or either the days when colored people could only go in the back door. But if your time machine is broken and you cannot go back to those days then you just have to go along with the fact that people are more equal now a days. sorry

i think you might need to change the fact that you view them as generalized. i know the first thing that helps any situation is changing you first. try being more outgoing and respectful to them and youd be suprised how quick things work out for you. if they dont then make it a point to bring it up and ask them whats the problem. do you call them mror mrs ?

Normally a few lashes with a bullwhip will get them to call you Massah. You must be the owner of a cotton plantation

first, nobody says "colored folks" its rude, ignorant and old-fashioned. And if you are the boss, and deserve to be respected then people will respect you but right now you don't seem like a respectable person.

Respect has to be given before it can be received, and you could start by altering your perception of them as being "colored".
