I have a neighbor, each time I come outside - cusses at me with every name and slurer you can think of and nasty too. Been doing this for years in front of my friends & family members which comes over. I had took side of another neighbor's view, so they hate me too now. I'm tired of it, anything I can do? Like lawsuit?

Why dont you call the police, if they are doing what you say they are doing, then they can be charged with disturbing the peace.

Hate is'nt a crime. Of course they hate you like you hate them. Call the Police every time they cuss at you, it's disorderly conduct. But if it were me, I'd move!!!

Sticks and stones come into play here. They called you names and my guess is you have done YOUR share of name calling and that is fueling the whole thing. Ignore them and keep your mouth shut!
