I was having sex just a minute ago and when my husband pulled out there was alot of blood, it was more than the start of a period and it was bright red...my due date is tomorrow also...this is also my first child so i'm a little paniky right now...i labour starting? is something wrong with the baby? i heard that blood can come out if i bruise my uterus or cervix...

Thank you all for your answers...i went to the hospital and they said labour will start soon but not now....i just bruised my cervix, as for Slartibartfast, your rude...its my first time and ive been to the hospital so many times before in false labour...i just wanted to see if this was serious or not, every first time mom over frets about everything.

i had my baby in january. I wasnt having sex, i was sitting on my couch and that happened to me. I called the doctor and they told me to come in right away. I was in labor. You have to watch that the placenta isn't bleeding so go call your doctor. good luck

Sounds as though you are saying that you are pregnant with your first baby. You don't say how far along you are, but if you are at all concerned about the amount of blood go along to your hospital and get checked out now. It's better to find out it is nothing to worry about than leave it to chance.

You know that you do not need to be on the net asking people who are not doctors or medical care providers.
For goodness sake when you are having a medical issue it is best to get up and go to the hospital.
Makes people wonder if this is really happening.

Get off the computer and call your doctor and then to be on the safe side have your husband drive you to the ER. If your still bleeding call 911.

GO TO THE HOSPITAL QUICK! If your husband's thing touches the baby something's wrong! You're losing too much blood! you're in labor! you might die of loosing too much blood!

LIsten to this its very important. The bleeding from the vagina may have to do with exercise. If you exercise alot you can get spotting. Its normal.
