Canuter Valve

A canuter valve is the broken part of the car when you can't figure out what is wrong with it. It is also the part that helps mechanics make their boat payments. For example: "Sorry Ms. Smith, but I think it's your canuter valve that is bad. It will cost $900 to repair. While we are at it, you should also replace your headlight fluid and your muffler bearings".

It's a small valve with a brass reed that equalizes pressure in the decramulator housing.
