I wonder, how can you blame Israel. Coming into another country and kidnapping soldiers is basically a decleration of war. And do you expect Israel to sit idle when Hezbollah wishes to drive all Israelis to the seas? And the massive propaganda in the Arab world against jews (it's quite similar to the anti-semetic nazi regime, actually, i've seen some of it), is it necessary if the Israeli cause is indeed wrong? And the Israelis seem to inform civilians of the strikes before they happen, whereas Hezbollah does not. And why do they repeatedly inflate death tolls, when the are far less? example at

I want responds from all sides, pro-Lebanese, pro-Israel, and neutrals. Thanks :)
And please don't give me that site fromisraeltolebanon site or whatever. It's over exaggerated, and this is war, it's not genocide, or even an attempt at Genocide (by the Israelis, anyway).

I am not on either side in this "conflict." Wars don't prove anything; they just lead to more wars.
If you want to help the people (Israeli and Arab) who are suffering in the Middle East, check out this website:

First, its Israel and Hezbollah that are fighting, Lebanon is a victim in this.
Second, I am against both sides in this conflict. Neither one has a right to kill innocents. However, right now, Hezbollah is holding back Israeli imperialism and so I am supporting Hezbollah's right to defend Lebanon, just not how they are doing it (missles into the middle of Israel is wrong).
Personally, I believe that both sides need to be disarmed and an international force needs to be sent in to keep the peace.
As far as the death tolls go. They are based on educated guesses based on how many people are believed to be in an area that was hit. My belief is that, during the meeting the prime minister was at, he received an initial report of the attack that estimated 40 deaths and announced it to the assembly. He later retracted his statement after receiving updated intelligence. This wasn't an intentional deception, this was premature use of intelligence. Intentional deception would be going before the UN with faked reports about an Iraqi nuclear program....

I see you're a pro-Israel, and I respect that. I'm against the Israel, and for the Labanese and Hezbollah. You seem to have little to none knowledge of the issue in the Middle east. You kind of remind me of our president, Bush. You fist need to look at the facts and reason for the attacks. Hmm, cause of problem. Well, let me give you a brief history, I wont go into details, you can yourself. Israel was build in 1940s, I don't recall the exact date, but the country was recently built, on Syrian land. This was not agreed by the people living their at the time, so Hezbollah is acting as to what the people in the middle east wants, Israel OUT of the Middle East. It's NOT their land and it will NEVER be their land. Just as the USA is in Iraq, thats another issue, but we shoudln't be in there. Israel should be wiped out of the Middle east. I say that in a nice way, not as in nuking them, but asked to move out of there. If they won't leave then, bomb their asses. They don't belong there, to beign with. Hezbollah has every right to try and take their land back. As for Israel attacking a country for two soldiers its.... idiotic and foolish. They're kidnapping civilians every day and putting them in jail for life, without a trail. So kidnapping is nothing compared to what the Israel is doing. So before you start picking sides, please get your facts straight, and stop relying on YAHOO and CNN news. They're biased. Get the full story and make your own assumption of the issue. Israel is WRONG. Read up on your news more. Say, try BBC world, and www.WN.com World News.

I am in support of both side, though I wish the conflict can escalate a bit higher. Here are the reasons:
1.Political conflict stemmed from religious differences is absolutely inevitable. If you want religion in this world, this is the price you need to pay. So don't even bother to do any analysis on this issue. It is a lost cause, just let it be.
2.It is great for the economy, U.S in particular. With the growth of American economy depended solely on real estate boom, a secondary stimulus coming from the war industry, viz. Iraq and Middle East conflict, lends another welcoming hand.
3.Population control. It is always nice to have an outlet for limiting the spiralling of population growth. This holds true for Iraq war for those 'patriot' Americans.
4.Great entertainment for the mass of America. Nothing is more enthralling and glues audience to televsion set than the brutal and heartwretching imagery of wars. Great conversation piece too.
5.It is even better if Islamic radicals decide to exact revenge for US support for Israel in mode of another 9-11. Number 3 is again taken in effect. In addition, the rebuilding process, e.g. the Freedom Tower, injects tremendous economic activity.
6. For the common Americans, it is the best time to get your hands on oil-related stocks and mutual funds. Those are the definite winning hands, you absolutely cannot lose on those.
7. For the religious extremists in the named region, nothing is more gratifying those vindicating what you already believe in. If you want to make religious, semi-political cause the purpose of your life, then don't stop pursuing it if it is what gives you the satisfaction.
8. Ever since Zionists lobbies for the national state starting with the Balfour Declaration of 1917 to the Mandate of Palestine in 1922, Jewish people pretty much know what they got themselves into, getting themselves a piece of land in this hot bed. If they wanted a national state for a religion, this is the price to pay.
As illustrated above, Americans, Hezbollah, Israeli, and the world population-everyone gets a piece of the sweet pie from this action, what is not to like.

I am on the side of peace and very much support Israel's right to exist. Jews (or more properly, Judeans) are originally from the Middle East. We were exiled and now many of us are going home. I know the Bible says we were originally from Iraq, but there's no proof of that. Maybe Iraq should become our homeland.

Am lebanese & nowadays am anti-israel to death
the israelis are trying to show the world that the conflict has started from the past 4 weeks ..but its a damn lie .our conflict with them has started since 1982 since 24 years & not from 4 weeks .israel might tell you that we have retreated out of lebanon 6 years ago ...wat a big lie ....they have retreated from our south but still
1-they kept Shibaa's farms which is totally ours in their hands
2-kfarshouba hights still israel refuses to give to us it ours too
3-israel steals from our water
4-israel has kidnapped lots of my people but hezbollah didnot fight it.many diplomatics asked israel to free them & one time they were just to accept but then refused.hezbollah had no other solution but to capture soldiersso it can trade them with our people.
now you might say that hezbollah provoked them but i ask you did the points i mentioned do not means provocation has started from them far before
out of the four points hezbllah was just trying to solve one ..
i will post a link her http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article14391.htm
