Absolutely. I am one of those who will miss tuning into ABC for Monday night football.

Ratings will go down, but they make up for it on ESPN since they're owned by the same company. Ad revenue on cable is higher than broadcast these days, plus a high license fee is paid for ESPN while ABC is free.

ABC owns ESPN. Anyway, who watches network TV anymore? All the cable channels are the best. ABC's ratings will go up if anything.

Well they we still get Sunday Night football games I believe. But nothing in the Monday Primetime spot they put will ever be able to replace MNF.

Depends what they put on instead. MNF was great because there was nothing else worth watching on the other channels.
