Who saw PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN 2????

have you seen "pirates of the caribbean: dead man's chest"? what did you think of it?? i thought it was totally awesome!!!! johnny depp does an incredible job...and orlando bloom is really hot!!!!!
if you didn't like, why? (and don't say "because johnny depp is a bad actor". HE'S AMAZING!!!)

i saw it, and i loved it...i think its the best movie of the year!!!!!!!!

i totally agree...i think the first one was better...but this movie still ROCKS for a sequal!!!!!!!!!!!

ok, to answer some questions: the monkey is still alive because at the very end of the first movie, after the credits, the monkey takes another piece of aztec gold, therefor meaning that the curse is still there!!!!!!
and the person at the end of the movie was captain barbossa...he was the captain of the black pearl in the first movie until jack sparrow came and got it back!

and "-summer-" i totally agree with you too...orlando bloom does have a nice back!!!!! haha i didn't think about until you said it, but he does!!!!

OMG!!!!!!!! i totally thought it was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! can you say "BEST MOVIE OF THE YEAR!"? oh wait, you did...haha!!!! i was a little confused when i saw it the first time...but i saw it again, and it all made complete sense!!!!!!!!! johnny depp is freakin awesome and orlando bloom...well...he's just HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Depp is one of the greatest actors ever. Can't say so much for Bloom, but Kiera Knightley is awesome. I liked the movie. True it wasn't making a whole lot of sense because the whole movie was leading up to the 3rd Pirates. There was great scenery, and action. My problem is that the 2nd pirates is way too unbelievable. I mean, the first one I could see happening (minus the dead guys walking underwater because that was due to a curse). In the 2nd, all of it was too unrealistic. The octopus guy was a leader and scared the crap out of people and yet will turner could sneak into his room, lift his tentacles, and get the key without him waking up. I don't know, maybe its just me. All I've got to say is that I am totally excited to see the 3rd movie!!!

I saw it. I don't think it's deserving of quite so many exclamation points as you do.
It was an enjoyable movie. I like Johnny Depp better than Orlando Bloom--Johnny Depp has a greater range, and that's in general, not just in this movie.
The part I liked the most in PC/2 was how Davy Jones' crew had replacement parts of sea creatures. And that guy who came out of the wall and left his brain behind.
This movie was basically a long set-up for movie 3.

I loved pirates of the Caribbean; I laughed so hard. Johnny Depp is such an amazing actor, he can play any role and bring life to it. I especially enjoyed the scenes on the island where the island people was trying to eat him and he looked like a skiskabob. This movie is a classic and can be enjoyed over and over again. I really got my money's worth when I went to see Johnny Depp in this movie. I am looking forward to the next movie that he makes.

I thought it was a great movie. I didn't expect it to be so good because sequals are never as good as the original, but I was pleasantly surprised when I went to see this movie.

One of my favorite parts is when Captain Jack Sparrow gets on the boat and says, "Now where's that monkey? I want to shoot something..." lmao

Or when they go to 'Her' for help and for payment they offer the undead monkey. That was funny alone. Then she opened the cage and let the monkey out, and they all kind of flinched and was like, "You have no idea how long it took us to catch that thing." That was so funny!

Plus the movie over-all was a good one with an interesting plot. I loved it!

I saw it. First one was way better. Dead mans chest has way to many special effects and it drags on. One review I read said it was done to see how many special effects could be slammed into one movie. Don't get me wrong though, they were done very well but the plot was hard to follow and some parts were so boring. And, I thought it was way too long. I was dissapointed. All the actors did an awesome job though, as they ususally do and, I am definately going to see the third one. The ending was a real suprise!

At first, i didn't like the movies. My best friend loved it and i thought it was stupid partly because Johnny depp was in it. I didn't like hime then. But then i watched it and i fell in love with jack sparrow. He really embodied the character. in the sequel, i didn't like orlando bloom's character as much. but i really hated keira knightley's character because in the first movie, she went from the captain to orlando bloom and almost to jack sparrow and in the second, she was finicky. and i hated the ending. i wanted to kill her. i thought she was a w***e. i hope jack is alive and that orlando dumps her!
