you have a couple of wires crossed, does the horn come on when you turn on the light?

because of the buzzing, I'd say the horn wire is somehow contacting the door switch wire, both are grounded to activate so when you hit the horn button, your actually making the pickup think the door is open. Follow the horn wire from the steering column down and see if it's pinched or melted to any other wires, if not...well....junk the truck before it starts on fire!

Has the steering column ever been worked on? You have a short in there somewhere. Does the cruise control work? The wipers, cruise, and turn signals are all on one little switch. I know this is misleading, but it all comes together under the horn button, and all this junk is crammed into a very tiny space. Good Luck

replace the horn itself sound like it's shorted out or first just disconnect the horn and see if it does it then if it doesn't it is the horn if it does it it is a short

That is called a short. Very hard to find. Try and find a good mechanic.
