In 1963, Gale Products made the Sea King line for Montgomery Wards. Sears did not sell Sea King, they sold under the brands of Waterwitch, Elgin, Ted Williams and Gamefisher. Gale Products were made in Galesburg, Illinois - and was the house brand manufacturer for OMC (Evinrude/Johnson).
Many of the tune up parts for those motors (water pump impellor, points, coils, condensors, carb kits, etc.) can be bought at NAPA, or your local OMC dealer. OMC's stuff is better if you can find them. If you need parts as in pieces that broke off, check out the Free Ads page at:

Mercury/Chrysler had build some of those engines. They actually still have some parts. You can try Grubs Marine at oldmercs.com. Are there any model or serial numbers on the motor?

Seaking was an outboard that Sears carried. I am not sure they still do but you might try a question directed in their direction
