Hoods are interchangeble on all full size Chevy & GMC trucks from 1973 to 1979. Being a Silverado makes no difference. Silverado was simply a trim option.

colglennlarson is right..........the Silverado is only the name of a trim package on a Chevy truck. The parts will interchange on the years described by the guy above.

all silverado hoods arent even the same so i wouldnt waste my money- body styles change so often and the sizes do as well

I seriously doubt it, but it might. measure hood size first, then see if the bolt hole align, now what are you going to do about the latching mech? Are you going to install racing hood pins?
