No, but it is a normal thing if you do. Nothing to worry about unless there is gushing blood. The pain is less after the first time too. Okay, that doesn't sound good...there should not be pain after the first time and sometimes there is no pain the first time at all. If there is, it is minimal.

Am I still a virgin if I use a tampon?
-- Shauna

Some girls worry that if they use tampons, they will no longer be virgins. The truth is, a virgin is someone who has never had sexual intercourse. Is inserting a tampon the same thing as having sex? Absolutely not!

So where does this question come from? Females who are virgins usually have a hymen, a very thin piece of skin-like tissue that stretches partly across the opening of the vagina. Some females may bleed slightly the first time they have sexual intercourse because the hymen permanently breaks. But not all females bleed the first time they have sex. That's because some girls have thinner hymens than others, and some are born without a hymen - which is perfectly normal.

No. And those who do bleed, sometimes bleed for more than the first time as well. It all varies from woman to woman.

No Not All, And dont think that all those who do not bleed aren't virgins,it depends not only on having sex but various reasons Like activities , sports, excercising,......and so on.

not all of them.. it is related to rupture of hymen, which can break from having sex plus also due to other causes like strenous activity, cycling.. so if it is ruptured b4 then a virgin might not bleed at her first sexual intercourse

yes....depending on the stamina of the partner you may not bleed afterward.....The bleeding is cause by a piece of skin being torn called the hymen

If your thinking about sex protect yourself....use a condom especially your first time because of the hymen tear it is easier to catch a std

PS.....make sure he's the right one or if not sure wait
