Keep yourself busy... hang out with friends, have fun, and focus on yourself and enjoy your life. Don't waste precious time reminiscing on an asshole who probably isn't thinking about you. Surround yourself with good people, not someone who treats u wrong. Time heals all wounds.

u cant erase some1 from ur mind...the only thingz that wil help u 2 stop thinkn of him r hurting him emotionally(example:making him want u back when u dont want him)..getting revenge..or TIME...time never failz...im sure u want 2 say"i dont have time"...well i just want u 2 know im dealing w/ the same thing w/ an x...n theyr a jerk 2...n istill think of him all the time but as time passez im able 2 think of him 4 shorter n shorter periodz..i posted a question about it so could u plz answer it 4 me..thnx..n iwish u the best..b strong...

The important thing is to surround yourself with positive people and keep yourself busy! If that means picking up extra jobs, or community service do something that takes up your time and you won't just be laying around obsessing about him

get really drunk this weekend. Pick up another guy and take him home. Wake up the next day to this stranger and then use this drama to replace your current drama with x-jerk bf.
Rinse and repeat the following weekend.

Memorize a poem or a verse or something that has nothing to do with your x jerk bf, and everytime you start to think of him, STOP! and recite the poem. Eventually, it will be easy not to think of him, because everytime you do, you have to recite the poem. Try it. It works. :o)
