A panic attack (a feeling that comes with stress through your centeral nervous system) can cause a lot of different feelings including heart beats and you may think your having a heart attack. They can happen at anytime it's just your system. The faster you learn to control these the better you are, don't let them get you first because they can cause problems in the long run. If you can't see your doctor and get on Zoluft, non-habit forming medicines.

Learn relaxation techniques, like listening to music, looking at a place you would like to visit or just a person you have a good time with. It's all in the way you handle stress.
