Currently none, there are several capable of building new ones.
Reason none have been built is more poliitcal & fanatic blocking than facts nowadays. Fact is current nuclear plants would be safer than many of the alternative plants..
And with oil becoming too expensive, nuclear options are now being re-explored.
Its true some are being gradually taken out, but at the same rate as non-nuke plants too.
Fact is much of the original reasons to not build nuke plants have been invalid for years.

Commercial nuclear power plants have not been constructed in the U.S. since the 1970's, after the Three Mile Island incident. However, Westinghouse, General Electric, and Bettis all construct reactors for use in propulsion plants in United States Navy aircraft carriers and submarines.

As far as I know, no one is building new plants in the U.S. currently.
Nuclear power is cleaner and safer than fossil fuels. The reason "some" reactors (not entire plants) are going offline is that they've reached their full potential and need decommissioning. Initially, the life expectancy of a reactor was 20 years.

None. No nuclear plant has been built in the US in many, many years, and the existing ones are gradually being taken off line.

Yankee or Entergy built some of them. There's one in VT.
