im looking for a pair of chic flat boots. none of the cowboy boot crap, but suede/leather nice boots that are flat so i can wear them to school and whatnot. i need names of brands,stores, etc. thanks for the helpppppp

I actually got some really cute boots at Charlotte Russe that are flat. They're tall boots, just under the knee, and they were under $40. The quality isn't bad either. Plus they had lots of similar styles and colors.

nine west just released a few new flat bottomed boots for presale...Aldo is always an option however they are overpriced for their quality- they always fall apart.
