This is a non-applicable question. Since a woodchuck cannot chuck wood, there is no point in asking how much wood it would chuck if it could chuck wood. It is like asking, "If Soviet communism had allowed private businesses, how many private businesses would there have been?"

But if it could, then the answer would be 27 pounds, 4 ounces.
