Being in labor just isn't a fun experience. Unless they give you drugs!!!
Seriously, you'll be too busy trying not to pass out from the pain to worry about having fun.

i don't think you need to make any plans to throw a party or anything. just the excitement of knowing you will soon meet your baby is enough. Besides- there are too many variables to really make any plans- you may have to have an emergency c section or maybe you will be in a great deal of pain. If there was one thing i would plan on it would be taking tons of pictures.

I don't think "fun" is an attainable goal in childbirth. Maybe exciting or more pleasant. I reccomend the epidural. Even though I am not a woman, I hear that is the way to go from mothers.

It's not fun at all, but just keep your mind off your contractions, and keep your mind busy. Bring coloring books, they usually have t.v.'s in the labor rooms, bring music(c.d.'s), anything you can think of to keep your mnd busy and off of what is going on with your body. Good Luck!

ain't' such a thing as fun while in labor, the fun comes after you deliver and you get to hold you little bundle of joy.

If You remember to do your deep breathing and go drug free then you can recall most of it. I don't know if you can honestly say FUN.
