I think it is because new housemates are coming in to the house next door. I havent watched it for a while, though. I got bored.
I think some housemates who were voted off are coming back to the house next door and viewers have to vote them in to the main house.

it tomorrow night (tuesday) when the previous 4 housemates that has the highest votes go into the secret house. on friday one of them will go to the main house and have a chance of winning the prize... hope this helps
