just a query....do you know his army number?
if so friends reunited might be able to help you.
the army number or even a regiment....liverpool that would either be if infantry....the kings regiment or the cheshires...22nd of foot.
and also try...bt.com...number search enter name and a whole pile of burkes will come up...narrow it down howerev you can...
it sound pretty stalkerish but thats how i found my girlfriends dad after he moved to devon years ago and her having no knowledge of where he lived...bright spark here did the search and boom there ya go.
