Hello Mardi, my hubby and do this once in a while. Your hubby needs to know what limits you have, how hard you like it and for how long. You need to sit and talk to him about this. Tell him that it will be much more enjoyable for BOTH of you if he can do this.

There lies the thin line, you seem not to enjoy it. Here comes the tricky bit - tell him. Gently does it though any one can react differently to being told their partner does not like the "rough" treatment.

He may not realise that he is hurting you, could be that he is "heavy handed", or perhaps he thinks you like it. Decide what kind of compromise could be reached.

Do not get confrontational, despite what others advise, if you love him and he loves you there will be an answer that can be worked out.
