Hi! A lot of it has to do with where you are located, but I can break down the costs for you....

I had a tummy tuck and hip liposuction done in July. It was a little under $9000. (I FINANCED IT, though, through Capital One Health Care Finance, so look into it! I pay like $180 a month.)

$6500 was just for my surgeon's fee, which was a flat rate.

Then there was a Facility fee at a local surgery center (because plastic surgeons don't do this type of procedure in their office!) So I needed to pay for the surgery center fee and their staff support. I think that was about $1500.

The rest was for the anesthesiologist. My doctor thought the surgery would take about 3 and a half hours, but it actually took less, so I may get some money back from this fee. And then I had to pay for the post-surgery garment (binder / girdle thing.)

Recovery time for the tummy tuck....plan on a solid 2, if not 3, weeks. YOU WILL BE HUNCHED OVER A LITTLE. Not like a grandma, but enough that people ask you if you hurt your back. I still wear the binder most of the day, but I am basically fully mobile. Still no heavy lifting, though. I think TRUE recovery (having no restrictions on how you move your abs) takes a month or two.

Talk to at least 2 local plastic surgeons and get estimates....it will depend on their own fees and the fees for the facility they use. I live in Connecticut, so if you want the name of my surgeon (she's awesome!!) or you have any other questions about the procedure, feel free to contact me!!!!!

Sorry....can't help you with the breasts!

UPDATE 8/8/06: I got a refund check for $250 from the anesthesiologist today....so it cost more like $8500 altogether.

breast lift is usually done with implants and as far as I know breast implants are forbidden in australia. but I'm not sure of other ways of breast lifting. dermatologists can shrink the skin with some device, but I'm wondering if they can use it for breast lift. but prices for breast lift can be different, from $4000 to $10.000 (us dollars). maybe there is possible to get a tummy tuck for $3000, but it could be $5000. it all depends how much work the surgeon must do. and these days surgeons might only operate on people who were trully exercising hard and still couldnt get rid of the belly, cause tummy tuck is risky. and you still need to lose some weight, otherwise if they do a tummy tuck when the person is still fat, then things can go wrong when you start losing weight after the tummy tuck. some people go to south africa cause its cheaper, but its better to check if the surgeon is really good. low prices can be suspicious. btw I just found the info about mastopexy (elevates sagging breasts) it costs around $3000.

It depends on the plastic surgeon. Thy tummy tuck alone can run 10 grand, and the breast lift can run the same. Do your research into plastic surgeons, and beware of surgeons the charge low prices...
As for recovery time, expect six weeks to recover. After having any breast work done, you cannot life more than five pounds, or drive for six weeks.

Hey,
If you want to make your breast bigger without surgery this is a good site you should visit http://breastenlargement.toptips.org

Naturally getting bigger breasts all boils down to one thing –> Estrogen.
Estrogen is the natural hormone inside our bodies which makes us female. It's responsible for giving us our menstrual cycle, and growing our breasts, amongst other things. It's a very powerful substance which is produced by the bucket-load when we go through puberty.

From the ages of about 12-18, we go through a time of great change, development and growth in our bodies. This is puberty, where we get our first period and develop the more curvy appearance which we are loved for. This is all responsible thanks to your brain releasing the Estrogen hormone, which powers through your body and makes your womanly features develop.

Through the duration of puberty, your entire body is full of this hormone, making all parts of it develop, including your breasts. The problem is that when you reach the age of “maturity”, your body will only produce enough Estrogen to maintain the advances it made in puberty. This means that many women who’s breasts didn’t develop into what they would have hoped, ended up being stuck with small or under-developed breasts.

As said above If you want to learn how to make make your breasts grow bigger without the aid of any harmful or artificial substances visit http://breastenlargement.toptips.org

Get tummy tuck surgery in India.Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done, you are better off getting it done in India.
