First off, I am not going to down your ideas of moving into this profession. What I am going to ask you is, would you really feel good about yourself if you did this? Would you be able to look yourself in the mirror? Would it feel degrading to you to let men touch all over you and see your most intimate parts and get paid for it? Are you ok with having someone watch you and fantisize about you? If you answer no to all of this then I guess your mind is made up.
Now about talking to your parents about it... This is a tough one. When I was about 17, I thought breifly about being a stripper, I approached my father, who was a STICKLER about this kind of thing, as open and honest as I could. I told him I was thinking of becoming a stripper and he was shocked. It was a tearful thing. And you know why I am asking you the above questions? I asked you this because this is what he asked me.
I will be honest with you, life has not been an easy road for me, but I will tell you, I am so glad he had the sence to ask me those questions, as I have been able to better my life in other ways.
I hope this helps you, (of all I have ever answered, I hope this helps you the most... please think of what I have said to you!)
Good luck!

It is your choice and you have to decide how you want them to find out. If you tell them they might be unhappy with the choice but if they found out because someone saw you that could be just as bad. It is a hard choice because you can't go back once you have done somthing, and it is very hard to be in "the industry" for very long because you can burn out or if you put on a few lbs you can get fired. There are many things to think about other than telling your parent.

It really depends what your parents are like. If they have a lot of rules and consider lots of things "bad," like drugs and strip clubs and things like that, then I would say probably don't tell them because they would freak out.
If you don't live with them however and are over 18, then I would say you can tell them if you want, because they don't really have control over your life anymore.
If your parents seem pretty easygoing and let you go to parties and just get exposed to life in general, then it should be ok if you tell them. I hope you make the right decision!

yes, you should tell your parents because if something happens to you,a lot of things can happen to you. you can catch HIV, which causes aids. and you can also get hurt, or raped, and you can get a bad reputation from that, and can even get yourself killed if your dealing with the wrong people.there are multiple more reasons why you should tell your parents, because if you don't, then they are going to feel so guilty if something happens to you.

It is probably better to tell them before your mom and dad pick up one of you tapes or a family friend comes into the club that you are stripping in....

it depends on how open minded they are... but remember that it takes a lot of energy to hide things from them!
