ughh powder makes ur skin look flaky and stuff.. and sum liquids are ok... i seriously would never reccomend any1 2 use covergirl foundations becasue it will RUIN ur face.. but the maybelline mousse foundation is really good too !!! but wht i would really reccomend 4 u is not wearing anyyyy type uv foundations cuz it clogs ur pores. and i know sum ppl will dissagree w/ me on tht but its the truth there is nooo foundation out there tht wont clog ur pores...... trust me i know from experiance ive triend them all powder, liquid, and mousse and from all price ranges from 10$ to 50 60 even 70$ ones and trust me ur onlyyyy going 2 pay 4 the name uv the product not the product its selff........

i ended up paying more for acne creams and dermatolgists and all tht stuff... ughhhh it suckeddd......

nd now when i c those gurls tht CAKE their make-up on i feel bad 4 them cuz theyll regret ever doing it !!!!

and no1 actually needs foundation just a lil eye make-up will do it.....

mary kay has a great creme to powder foundation....it is perfect for the powder of liquid question. Glides on like a cream to hide imperfections, then dries to a powdery matte finish.

Powder because most liquid foundations have something in it i forgot what its called which clogs pores. A good foundation you can get is called I believe Bare minerals. It is good for your skin.

Liquid tends to have more coverage but is more difficult to apply without streaking...try using MAC's studio fix...it goes on like a powder but has the coverage of a liquid...they also have studio tech which is even thicker than studio fix if you need ALOT of coverage.
