Collapse? Nothing. What will cause the to get the crap beat out of them? Probably the war, pushing extreme "Christian" values on the U.S., high deficits, not giving two shi*s about the environment, corruption, greed, getting cocky with their power ect.

People who think that the republicans are going to control the federal government for the next 100 years are going to be in for a rude awakining sooner or later. Anyone who says stuff like that has no knowledge of politics at all.

The fall of the GOP will occur when the middle class christians are so financially hurt by the failed GOP policies that they no longer have a way to pay their 10% to the church.

You haven't heard... well.... there is a small minority that hold a prophecy of hope and joy....

All we are wating on is for Arthur Schlesinger to find a young politician who is unaware of his true destiny... and then Schlesinger will help train him and explain that LBJ was responsible for his father's death... only to find out that Lyndon B. Johnson actually was his father and that young Duke Johnson was to bring balance to the political system... so through training from Madeline Albright, Arthur Schlesinger, and the favor of the Shrivers, young Duke eventually defeats the evil GOP and restores balance to the political system........ but for how long?

Nothing because the GOP will not fall. Not now, not ever. Republicans have a higher percentage of party affiliation than their liberal counterparts, and Republicans tend to be more loyal to their party, which shows that the GOP is here to stay. Deal with it.

Yet another in a long line of liberal fantasies.
If hypocrisy caused the downfall of any party, Democrats would've imploded long ago.
