In "Coming to America" when Eddie Murphy is playing one of the barbers and the gang of barbers are all giving him grief, he simple looks at each one in turn and says (edited for Y!A consumption) - "Fk Yu. Fk Yu. Fk Yu. Who's next?" The pacing of the line and how he does it has stuck in my mind since I first saw the movie...it's hilarious and something I've always wanted to try at a board meeting or something.

From Drugstore Cowboy...
1. Diane: You won't f**k me and I always have to drive.
2. Bob: Diane was my wife. I loved her, and she loved dope. So we made a good couple.
3. Bob's Mother: Lord, it's my dope fiend thief of a son and his crazy little nymphomaniac wife.
4. Bob: You got a warrant?
Gentry: Yeah, I got a warrant.
[draws his gun and points it at Bob]
Gentry: I got it pasted on the end of one of these slugs.
Now you give me any more $hit, and I'll give you a good
close look at one of 'em.
Bob: Heavy, man. You guys been reading too much
Mickey Spillane or something?
and many others. I love this movie!

Allie: Why didn't you write me? Why? It wasn't over for me, I waited for you for seven years. But now it?s too late.
Noah: I wrote you 365 letters. I wrote you everyday for a year.
Allie: You wrote me?
Noah: Yes... it wasn't over, it still isn't over
----------------------------------------------------------
Noah: We can just finish out the summer and see what happens then.
Allie: Please don't do this, you don't mean it. Oh why wait until the summer ends. Why don't you do it right now!
Allie: Huh? C'mon. Do it! Do it!
Allie: You know what? I'm gonna do it! It's over. Okay? it's over.
Noah: Come here.
Allie: Don't touch me! I hate you! I hate you!
Noah: Ok, I'm going.
Allie: Why don't you just go then!
Allie: Get out! Leave!
Allie: Go!... No, no, just wait a minute, we're not really breaking up are we? Come on. This is just a fight we're having and tomorrow will be like it never happend right?

"Where do they teach you to talk like this? In some Panama City "Sailor wanna hump-hump" bar, or is it getaway day and your last shot at his whiskey? Sell crazy someplace else, we're all stocked up here." - Jack Nicholson as Melvin Udall in As Good As It Gets.

the one from crash, it goes like this:
" It's the sense of touch. In any real city, you walk, you know? You brush past people, people bump into you. In L.A., nobody touches you. We're always behind this metal and glass. I think we miss that touch so much, that we crash into each other, just so we can feel something".
