The interior lights does NOT turn off, I had to take the fuse off; any idea?

Also, check first to make sure that you don't have your gauge cluster light level turned up all the way. If you have it turned up all the way and it goes over a click, it will turn the interior lights on and they won't shut off until you turn the level back down further. This should be on a knob or dial somewhere around the headlight switch. If you have a pull-out switch for the headlights, turn it counter-clockwise to dim the dash lights.
Hope this is it, it sure is simpler than replacing a door switch.

more than likely, you have a door switch not working properly. when the door shuts, the switch then turns the interior lights off.
