If they are sites you parents blocked they are blocked for a reason. If you are older then the picture looks explain a bit more as to what sites and maybe we can help.

blocked sites are blocked for a reason but try going to tools at the tope the the internet browser then to internet options security and click on restricted sites and thgen sites and remove the ones you want to go on but i dont guarantee it will work but your computer will mess up with pop ups and stuff just a warning

If your firewall blocks some sites .. u can use "tunnel" softwares to bypass your proxy servers.Try searching for softwares that allow you to do this on google ..
But better read properly the risks of using such softwares .. and getting caught ;) .. Some proxies log data coming in n goin out.
Though if u r behind a college firewall .. most prolly no log wud b dere.most of d tunnels work on such nw's due to lax security. college nw's suck big time !!

www.kproxy.com is a good one... or any other one that lets you surf the web anonymously. Just put a search under Google for either "k proxy" (-click on the second option that comes up and click on the kproxy link) .. or search for 'free anonymous web surfing' and try any one of those that works for you.
