2 hours and 50 minutes...That is just talking on a call with someone not including the text messaging, web browsing, and iming. All the other features will take away from the 2 hours and 50 mins but that is how long you can talk to someone just by calling not with the other features.
I just read your additional details,if you dont call then you will have approx. 25 days left on your phone before you will have to pay up for more mins.Since they take out that amount no matter what then its hard to say how long you can talk.Because if you dont use anything besides the text messaging and all the other features in the plan then youll have approx 25 days of text messaging, web browsing, and iming left if you use the call it depends on how long you talk.
If we are counting from today im assuming so 25.53 is what you have you can talk 2 hours and 50 mins before it will use up all of your amount.Over the month there is no way of saying.

About 2 hours and 50 minutes. But if you use your text/Web features, it will cut into your allowance and you'll have less time.
