Maybe the virus is in your temporary internet files and that is why your program doesn't give you the option of deleting it. Just go into your browser and click "tools" "internet option" and then delete your temporary internet files. Then run your antivirus again. If that doesn't work, get new programs. Try the free downloads below.

I have encountered that problem before and this means they have not yet found a cure for this virus [computer virus] or your Anti-virus software is not the best out there.

I would recommend getting some spyware/adware/virus help :)

These are some options you can choose to do:
1> Scan your computer for spyware/adware using a free software from Microsoft called Windows Defender: http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx

> You can do a McAfee security suite trial for 30 days and then buy it. McAfee is the best security software out there, every Internet provider uses it:

> You can buy Webroot Spy Sweeper here, it's very nice, safe and very up-to-date:

> Use Windows Update to make sure you have the latest security updates: http://www.windowsupdate.com

Good luck and I hope it helps you :)

WEBROOT SPY SWEEPER IS THE BEST. IT REALLY DOES THE JOB ON ALL VIRUSES. I had a virus that none of my anti-virus programs could get rid of (macafee, norton, ccleaner) and webroot did. $30.00 at Staples..

Go here and run an online scan and removal. These are both the same thing, just different locations.
