Mix These Materials To Make Your Own Lip-Gloss:

1) 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons of sweet almond oil.
2) 4 tablespoons of grated beaswax.
3) 1 tablespoon honey.
4) 6 capsules pure vitamin E oil.
5) 1/4 teaspoon cocoa butter.
6) 2/3 drops essential oil (peppermint or sweet birch are nice.)

Just mix all the stuff together and scoop the goop into some 1/2 ounce tins which you can buy at a craft or dollar store.

Well whats the point of making lip gloss AND a container when u cojuld just buy it for cheap? they have lipgloss these days that you could buyt for 50 cents! without a container.. lol

You can make lipgloss by mixing vaseline with any color of eyeshadow or blush you want, powdered of course.


The containers I use are little glass ones with screw tops.. you can use baby food jars or I like to use the old containers from burts bees face scrub samples.

well the one I learned many many years ago in like 4th grade was

Crisco..the solid kind, about 1/2 cup put in the microwave until melted then add a half packet any flavor kool-aid...I used old film containers I boiled for like 2 minutes to sterilize them and to get rid of the film smell.....glossy, and has flavor

Combine like 2 tablespoons of vasaline with flavoring to make a flavored gloss. A yummy one is vasaline, vanilla extract and honey.
